New Patients
Our practice is a referral-based practice, and our growth is a result of the recommendations of our satisfied patients. If a patient has an acquaintance who would benefit from the level of care we provide, we would welcome that individual to our practice. We believe a referral from one of our patients is the greatest compliment we can receive.
The new patient experience begins with a one-on-one comprehensive oral exam conducted by the dentist. This initial appointment includes a thorough exam, charting of the patient's teeth, and a discussion of our philosophy of dental care. The patient's expectations and concerns for their own dental health is addressed as well as possible plans for individualized treatment. We view our patient relationships as partnerships with our mutual goal being the highest level of dental health and well being for our patients.
Health and Safety Concerns
At Colonial Dental Group, every precaution is taken to safeguard the health and safety of our patients and our staff. Our clinical staff utilizes disposable face masks and disposable gloves. Our operatories are thoroughly disinfected prior to treating every patient. Our instruments are well maintained and a rigorous sterilization regimen is followed at all times. Disposable, single-use items are also used as appropriate. The highest standard of health and safety for our patients is the most important principle in our practice.
